Most common repairs, like screen replacements or software fixes, are completed within 24-48 hours. More complex issues or repairs requiring special-order parts may take longer. We will always provide a time estimate with your quote.
We can diagnose motherboard failures and replace a faulty motherboard with a new one. However, we do not perform component-level repairs on the board itself, such as soldering new chips or capacitors. This specialized work requires a different set of tools and expertise.
If a repair isn't possible or economical (e.g., it requires motherboard-level work we don't offer), we operate on a "No Fix, No Fee" policy for our labor. We will provide straightforward advice on your best options, such as data recovery or finding a replacement.
